Sample A La Carte Menu

Starters
Classic Caesar Salad
Strips of chicken, bound with cos lettuce in a creamy Caesar dressing, sprinkled with parmesan croutons.

King Prawns
Peeled king prawns, lightly sauteed in a garlic and herb butter, accompanied by a wedge of fresh crusty bread.

Homemade Thai fishcakes
Flavoured with chilli, ginger and corriander, with a soy sauce dipping pot.

Stuffed flat mushrooms
With fresh spinach leaves, pine nuts and a slice of melted stilton, presented on a bed of rocket, dressed in homemade vinigarette.

Cod and bacon rosemary skewers
Pieces of cod and smoked bacon, skewered with rosemary, and cherry tomatoes, slowly grilled and served upon a citrus salad, finished with a drizzle of olive oil.

Main Courses

Thai green curry
Pan seared chicken breast, flavoured with thai spices, finished in a creamy coconut sauce and accompanied with atimbale of rice and naan bread.

Four bone rack of Lamb
Slowly oven baked, complimented with a rosemary and red current sauce, infused with juniper berries.

Salmon Hollaindaise
Slowly poached in white wine and drizzled with hollaindaise sauce.

Wild Mushroom Carbonara
Sauteed with garlic, finished in a cream sauce, with fresh pasta and mini garlic bread.

Pie of the day
Chef's choice of pie, topped with a puff pastry pie lid.

Lemon pepper chicken
Chicken breasts marinated in lemon juice, black and pink peppercorns and lemon rind, char grilled and served with a fresh tomato salad and herbed new potatoes.

Homemade Tiramisu
Sweet sponge fingers, soaked in espresso topped with mascapone and fortified wine and sprinkled with chocolate.

Raspberry Pavlova
A crunchy meringue nest filled with raspberries and forest fruite, bound in fresh cream.

Fresh Fruit Salad
A selection of fresh fruits in an orange jus, presented in a brandy snap basket.

White chocolate ice cream bombe
Vanilla ice cream encassed in a white chocolate shell, drizzled with a dark chocolate sauce.

Creamy chocolate mousse topped with cream and a fresh strawberry.
